Work Experience
·Minimum of 9 years overall consulting or business experience with an ability to leverage business process skills in an SAP environment.

·3 years of work experience can be substituted for lack of a degree



Education
BS/BA/MBA/MS


Duties and Responsibilities (including all essential job functions

Consultant must be able to:

·Work with end users on the SAP application’s integration and functionality; determine those technology inadequacies and /or deficiencies that can affect the functional area’s ability to support or meet the organizational goals as well as lead enterprise applications integration efforts and oversee the validation of the associated work products.

·Senior consultants on the project will lead both small and medium size teams and must proactively educate both team members and the client with specific best practices.

·Able to brief senior managers



Critical Knowledge
·Minimum of 4 years working in a SAP environment as a consultant or have played a key role or SME on a project implementation team.

·Worked on a minimum of 2 full life cycle implementations with detailed functional knowledge in at least two functional SAP modules and an understanding the business and technical integration issues associated with those modules.

·Background with interfaces and data conversion, capabilities and limitations of SAP as well as the setup and configuration issues associated with their product modules specialty area.

·Capable of leading medium sized teams of 7-12 resources and able to deliver solutions with minimal guidance from project managers.


Critical Skills
The consultant should have demonstrable skills of interfacing with customers to determine business requirements.


Must have:

SAP Core Experience with the following modules:

· FI. Financial accounting

· CO. Controlling

· EC. Enterprise controlling

· IM. Capital investment management

· TR. Treasury

· FM Funds Management

SAP R/3 certification in Release 4.6C or later is a plus.


Organizational Considerations for Good Job Fit
·Willingness to travel to client location as required to conduct training / support
