The Senior J2EE developer will work on the maintenance and significant enhancement of an existing Java based security shared service.
Primary Responsibilities:
â?¢ Maintain and troubleshoot (as needed) existing implementation.
â?¢ Develop enhancements to shared service in concert with other development projects.
â?¢ Create build and deployment scripts.
â?¢ Serve as an advisor to other development teams on how to best utilize the shared service.
Technical Skills Required:
â?¢ 10+ years experience in enterprise development
â?¢ Hands-on J2EE experience including in-depth design and development experience using at least some of: Struts/JSP/Servlets, Web Services, XML / XSLT, Oracle (JDBC)
â?¢ Current experience with WebLogic App Server from a development and administration perspective.
â?¢ Experience with release packaging and deployment within a WebLogic, UNIX environment.
â?¢ Prior experience creating or maintaining security frameworks using LDAPs like ActiveDirectory.
â?¢ Ability to follow an established pattern when enhancing functionality
Functional Skills Required:
â?¢ Ability to work without a lot of supervision.
â?¢ Excellent problem identification, analysis and solving skills.
Desired Skills:
â?¢ Prior experience with RSA Access Manager (formerly known as RSA ClearTrust)
â?¢ Prior experience developing or maintaining shared services
â?¢ Past production support experience with WebLogic based services.
â?¢ Prior exposure to Agile or Iterative development practices
