What is the Partner Program?

The program we have put together will allow you to help your network achieve project results but also compensate you for your efforts. We have specifically designed a program that allows you to leverage the network you have built over the years. Tools like Linked in, Spoke, User groups, Alumni networks etc have allowed us to stay in touch and reconnect with colleagues and friends.

We often hear colleagues ask, How do I utilize my network? While there are many options, The Stowe Group has a program that can help answer that question

How Does it work?

1) You refer a hiring manager to The Stowe Group
2) We contact the hiring manager and make a placement
3) You get a percentage of the sales

You will not only get compensated for the initial sale but we will pay you for our next engagement with that same client whether or not you were involved!

Example
You refer a hiring manager and we place a consultant with them - assuming the consultant works 40 hours/week; you will get paid between $200-400/week. If we make another placement anywhere in the company you referred (once again, whether you are involved or not) you will make another $200-400/week. So from 1 referral to a hiring mgr you can make up to $3200/month!
