Full Job Description

Our end client need one Oracle Compensation Workbench (CWB) Technical Consultant experienced with implementing CWB for Oracle 11i e-Business Suite version 11.5.10 or higher on a HP-UNIX RISC 32.
The successful candidates will assist in configuring the CWB to our client specifications as outlined in the CWB Business Requirements document.

Job Skills/Experience:



Our knowledge, experience, and skill requirements are:




1. Demonstrated experience in implementing Oracle Compensation Workbench for Oracle 11i e-Business Suite version 11.5.10.1.



2. Demonstrated experience in meeting with various levels of management in order to identify gap analysis, develop alternative solutions, configure the solution, conduct user acceptance test sessions and implement the desired solution.



3. Demonstrated experience working with PL/SQL, SQL Plus, SQL Loader, and TOAD within a UNIX environment.



4. Demonstrated experience in creating fast formulas and AME rules



5. Demonstrated knowledge of compensation and benefits plans.



6. Demonstrated experience in conducting knowledge transfer sessions to client functional support teams.



7. Demonstrated knowledge of researching, testing and application of Oracle-released patches; as well as, reporting problems or bugs via Oracle Metalink in order to resolve defects.



8. Proficient in analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.



9. Ability to work alone or with a diverse work group.



10. Demonstrated experience in making presentations to various levels of management.



11. Proficient in analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.



12. Ability to work alone or with a diverse work group.



13. Demonstrated experience with change management methodologies and establishing procedures and process flows.



14. Able to speak fluent English.



15. Must be able to follow and meet strict deadlines.
