**PRINCIPALS ONLY PLEASE**

Primary Responsibilities:
• Design, develop and test applications using Documentum 5.3
• Design, develop and test SOAP-based services to access/modify data stored in Documentum
• Design, develop and test workflows
• Design and develop WebTop-based customizations
• Integrate Documentum-based solution with Active Directory, portals and COTS products

Technical Skills Required:
• 8 – 10 years experience in enterprise development
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Documentum development (version 5.3 and higher is preferred)
• 2 – 3 years hands-on J2EE or C / C++ experience
• WebTop
• Documentum Foundation Classes (DFC)
• Documentum BPS / BPM
• XML/XSLT
• Extensive knowledge of programming methodology and development life cycle

Functional Skills Required:
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Excellent problem identification, analysis and solving skills

Desired Skills:
• JSP/Servlets
• HTML/Javascript
• SQL and / or DQL
• Documentum WDK
• .NET
