As a .NET Developer, you will provide high quality technology solutions that address business needs by developing applications within mature technology environments. You will utilize various Microsoft technologies such as .NET, ASP, ASPX, SQL Server, C# etc along with latest programming methodologies to develop code that is robust, reusable and extensible.

You will also be required to participate in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts and team members to analyze business requirements and outline the proposed IT solution.

Additionally, you will document the detailed application specifications, translate technical requirements into programmed application modules and develop/Enhance software application modules. You will participate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications; identify/troubleshoot application code-related issues; and review and provide feedback to the final user documentation.

Minimum Qualifications:

B.E. / B.S. / B. Tech degree in computer science or similar discipline.
3-5 years of hands on experience on various Microsoft technology components.
Proven experience with Enterprise Multi-tier WEB and Multi-threaded software development, application/database tuning
Proven experience with .Net and Web Services, XML parsers and AJAX
Proven experience with RDBMS such as MS SQL Server / Oracle / DB2 writing stored procedures, triggers and queries.
Proven experience with programming languages and protocols such as VB, C#, ASP, ASPX and HTTP
Outstanding documentation experience.
Must be flexible and able to multitask.
Experience with system design and architecture
Familiarity with web based scripting languages
Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment, work under pressure and deadline
Strong PC skills including thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Visio
Ability to be flexible and adapt to any given situation
