Our client, a successful trading firm in Chicago is searching for a Sr. PeopleSoft Business Analyst to manage software vendors and internal staff that support the activities fo the Finance and Human Resources teams. In addition, in the Business Analyst role, the individual will define requirements with users, interface with development and testing resources and others to create high quality solutions. Will lead requirements analysis and creat requirements documents for code using existing applications, both internal and external. Work as liaison between the corporate finance, HR and IT areas. This could be a long-term project, there are consultants who have been there for 2-3 years. There is also a possibility that this could go to full-time/perm down the road if there's an interest.
Requirements:
* 5-7 years professional experience with the following: Software development project management, senior business analysis, consulting services in a Corporate Finance and Human Resources department of an investment management firm, or consulting for an ERP vendor in the Asset Management space,
* Proficient in PeopleSoft 8.8 General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Asset Management, Accounts Receivable and Billing and the abilit to create and update nVision reports.
* Knowledgeable in PeopleSoft 8.9 Workforce Administration, Administer Compensation, Base Benefits and Payroll interface a huge plus.
* Experience with ExpenseLink, ADP Payroll interface to Peoplesoft is a plus.
* BS in Computer Science, Finance or related discipline.
