This project deals with the implementation of the data migration part from the current system to the new CRM Siebel system.

Currently the client is using a process to maintain the billing information within the CRM Siebel system that is used to maintain service orders. With a view to make the billing information independent of the order processing system, the client decided to move and maintain the billing information from the current CRM Siebel system into Kenan/BP arbor billing system where an interface was developed to ensure smooth integration of both the applications through External Application Integration scripts. The interface was considered the most critical one in the whole project and it dealt with analyzing the requirements to ensure all near time synchronization of data between the two systems.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Analysis of business requirements for the implementation of the new critical interface for data synchronization between the telecom billing systems in CRM Siebel and Kenan/BP Arbor billing system
· Validation of the business requirements against the implemented interface
· Maintained and applied Siebel configuration best practices, including using vanilla Siebel functionality to meet business requirements.
· Worked with the Process Improvement Team to understand the business processes and business requirements.
· Played a key role in liaising with the client in trouble shooting, problem solving, project status updates, gathering performance measurements of new billing system
