Key Achievements:

Led development of Web based business solutions for clients including Kent County Water Authority, Keller Williams Realty, Cruise Brothers, Washington Association of Realtors, 
Inc., Martignetti Companies, and Pivot Marketing.

Developed all operating policies and practices from the ground level during business start-up.

Directed business and marketing plan development. Established long-term strategic and working alliances with contracted vendors and clients based on quality of service and 
collaborative partnership.

Lead cross-functional teams of IT staff, functional managers, and strategic decision makers engaged in development, administration, and support of the company’s Intranet and Web 
presence in both Windows NT and UNIX server environments. Gather requirements, map specifications, and develop solutions for a mainframe environment running COBOL, CICS, 
and JCL. Administer and support AT&T UNIX OS IVR servers.

Analyzed and developed web based and stand alone applications using HTML, JavaScript, SQL, VB, and XML. 

Develped full life cycle and implementation of a secure online document delivery system. Gathered requirements, mapped specifications, and oversaw development, testing, and 
implementation. Delivered solution on-time and according to specifications.

Created the curriculum and materials for a comprehensive COBOL/CICS programmer’s training course to substantially enhanced departmental skill levels.

Provided guidance to the corporate Y2K compliance initiatives. Evaluated systems requirements, developed remediation plans, and executed required changes that resulted in a 
seamless transition.
