Life Cycle Application Development Manager

- Facilitate the life cycle management of an end to end Project Management and costing system.  Conceptualize, create and implement systems observing strict deadlines, as well as the training of staff in use of the appropriate system components.
- Application was designed to efficiently track and report customer contact, estimation, change orders, work orders, product movement, time entry, expenses, deposits, invoicing and payments for business exceeding 4 million dollars in annual sales.


September 1998 to March 2000	Hemmingway Technologies Inc.	 
Independent Contractor – Systems Analyst / Database Developer performing the following contracts;

- General Dynamics Canada: Y2K Project Manager – liaise between General Dynamic engineering and the Crown to provide year 2000 evidence for compliance or non-compliance of various components of a 1.2 Billion dollar military communication project as mandated by the contract to meet a successful project milestone.
- General Dynamics Canada:  Application Modeler. – Created usable application program models for Engineering Resources and Library management.  
- CP Rail: Application Developer – Created a dynamic employee survey program for use in all CP Rail locations.  System included employee / department identity, survey identity, validation and registration.
- Hemmingway Technologies Inc.: Application Developer – Created Personnel and Safety system for internet sales.  Program is a fundamental HRIS with provisions for tracking training compliance, incidents, drug screening, WCB Costs and performance statistics.


July 1993 to September 1998	Classic Canadian Software Corporation.	 
Account Manager – Systems Analyst and Access Database Specialist;

- Facilitated the management of client accounts, requirements and deliverables.  Developed client solutions for 7 of the top 10 drilling contractors in Canada.  Systems included management tools for marketing, billing, personnel, training and safety.
