Data is extracted from Excel and ASCI formats and stored as UNIX file which is used as SAP input file. Custom procedure for purchase requisition: store the input file as UNIX > create the material > call a program to prepare input for standard direct input RM06BBIO.

BC - ABAP/4 SAPscript:

SAPscript modules for the message NEU, LPET (MM) , ZRD0, ZLD1, ZLD0 (SD: Outbound delivery, Billing), MBXA.

Creation of SAPscript forms, modification of standard applications, message modifications

Off-standard modification by changing the “advance purchasing” document print, print of all date for Purchase orders for external service using BAPI_PO_GETDETAIL, etc. Management standard text: logo, digital signature, text. Send message by fax (top call), customizing SAP RFC for send message directly by fax using Topcall.

BC – Report:

Developed following PS/MM/CO/SD reports in ABAP4:

WBS invoice for customer, SD: WBS order/quotations, invoiced for WBS, delivery not invoiced, analysis purchase order, requisitions, etc

ABAP query, for MM, FI, PS module.

Report Painter: project reporting, project cost element, PCA reports, internal orders, cost center.
