·         Facilitated several projects with the tax department resolving several information and data issues due to this large system implementation. ·         Test Coordinator responsible for overseeing several system conversions for an implementation that included Sales and Distributions, Material Management, Service Management, and associated financial applications utilizing SAP R3 3.0D.

·         Developed and executed test plans that included test schedules, expected results, and problem resolution. The conversions consisted on the elimination of several legacy interfaces and multiple legacy systems. The data consisted of 100,000+ serialized equipment records, finished goods inventory of $200,000,000, maintenance contracts, and all current sales orders. This successful implementation marks the first integration software solution that will be the foundation for a complete enterprise software solution.

SAP R/3 2.2 ERP Implementation

·         Responsible for supporting the construction and implementation of SAP FI/CO (Financials, Controlling) at a consumer products company as the functional member of the Systems Integration team. This role was responsible for all configurations and the integration of several projects. The implementation effort included General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Cost Controlling, and Legal Consolidations. Maintained a lead role as a consultant to the team leaders. Prepared and taught a financial integration class identifying the integration aspects of SAP throughout several modules.

 

·         Developed a strategy regarding and maintaining a multi-client environment utilizing data replication tools keeping several SAP clients synchronization throughout the prototyping and system test phases. This strategy addressed bringing different projects and timelines together into a single production environment. At the same time developed a plan to bring the projects into a single prototyping client, thereby reducing the cost and activities associated with the multiple client implementations.

 

·         Developed Change Control procedures that were implemented as part of the consolidation of multiple clients into a single prototyping environment.

·         Responsible for implementing and training of SAP R/3 Product Cost, Routings, Activity Based Costing and Production Orders. Converted costing data from the legacy Maxcim System. As a Senior Cost Analyst for this Super Computer maker, I was responsible for all costing data including overhead, inventory valuation and period expense reporting directly to the Operations Controller.

 

Andrew Corporation:

·         Responsible for the financial reporting of the Defense Electronics Group, which included five domestic and international subsidiaries. This reporting included consolidation by product line utilizing MicroControl/Hyperion Software. Responsible for the implementation of Cincom for the general ledger, inventory valuation and product cost. Performed accounting duties that included inventory control and monitoring, variance analysis by material, labor, and overhead, and reconciliation of inventory and intercompany accounts.
