Optimized
original CRM application by eliminating time lags in the middleware component
and then enhanced application to include real-time call disposition retrieval
data. Additionally enhanced interface
to facilitate the CSR learning as well as reduce the CSR call response time. Architecture involved Iplanet HTTP Server in
conjunction with the BEA WebLogic Application Server interfacing to a Mainframe
MQSeries Server. Lotus Notes was used
as an inexpensive data repository as well as delivery mechanism to a protected
Notes Database for external client already utilizing Lotus Notes.
