Started and run a computer consultant company that specializes in database/web application programming utilizing the latest technology for a variety of clients. Developed operational, accounting and decision support systems for Museum, Postal Services, Churches, and other organization.

 

Database Systems Manager, Washington, DC

 

Scope of responsibility as the Database Systems Manager includes management of all database system, the Siriusware point-of-sale system for the museum ticketing and retail, and the Micros point-of-sale system in the restaurant.

 

·         Project lead for designing and managing the online ticket system for the ISM.

·         Project lead for upgrading museum Point-of-Sales systems by researching the product, visiting vendors, scheduling installation, overseeing training for end-users and IT staff, preparing for data conversion, and testing without any data loss.
